To start with, Qnext offers an instant messaging system with support for all the existing email accounts and servers (Qnext, MSN, AIM, Yahoo, ICQ, etc). Related to that, you also have video conferencing, voice communication and file transfers. These file transfers are done via a P2P that's totally secure (using SSL encryption), in the style of file exchange programs, but only allowing access to your contacts. It also places no limits on the size of the transfers you make.
